Stamford Green Primary School - Nursery

Welcome to our Nursery.

At Stamford Green we are delighted to offer Nursery places to children from local families, aged between two to four years. Our Nursery is now in its second year and has grown from an exciting concept to a thriving part of our school community, filled with fun, learning and friendship.

Our Nursery follows the same ethos as the rest of the school, which is encapsulated by our school motto 'Working together to be the best we can' and brought to life through our seven commitments to your child: Inspiring ~ Happiness ~ Values ~ Achieving ~ Ambition ~ Learning ~ Togetherness. Please click here to read more about our commitments.

The Nursery is staffed by a dedicated team of childcare professionals and led by two qualified and extremely experienced nursery teachers, who have worked together, as a job share, for over nine years. Throughout the year we hold open mornings where prospective parents/carers are able to visit Nursery to view our Swans’ and Cygnets’ rooms and chat to the Nursery team.

Once a place has been offered to your child, you will be sent a welcome pack, including details of our induction process. We offer a variety of meetings and play sessions to ensure a smooth transition for, not only your child, but also to ensure that you, as parents, feel a part of our wonderful community.
